JourneyDance / A Somatic journey through the body, mind and spirit

Friday, May 3, 5:30-7pm

Sliding scale donations accepted

An ecstatic free movement based practice that includes somatic types of movements with sound and vibration. This is a journey through the chakra system using movement, attunements of the chakras and elements through sound and music.

This is not a dance class per se, more of a rediscovery of the self. No dance of any sort required. It is a practice for everyone and everybody. There will be an offering of being in a chair for those that are unable to get down to the floor as that’s where the practice begins. Adjustments can be made and are welcome.
