• Sourdough Bread Workshop: Saturday, October 10, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Community Bonfire & Pizza: Saturday, October 10, starting at 5:00 PM

• Main Festival & Potluck: Sunday, October 11, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Monterey Community Center

Description: Join us for the Second Annual Monterey Grain Festival, a free, family-friendly weekend celebrating community, local food, and hands-on learning.

• Sourdough Workshop (Sat, 1:00 – 5:00 PM): A collaborative, hands-on session covering sourdough baking from start to finish.

• Bonfire & Pizza (Sat, 5:00 PM): Gather around the campfire for fresh pizza, local beer, sweet treats, and a fireside sing-along (bring an instrument!).

• Sunday Bake (Sun, 10:00 AM): We light the outdoor wood-fired oven at 10:00 AM and start baking fresh loaves at 11:00 AM.

• Potluck Lunch (Sun, 1:00 PM): We'll provide hot stews—please bring a side, dessert, or dish to share!

• Kids' Games (Sun, Afternoon): Classic outdoor autumn games and activities, wrapping up by 4:00 PM.

• Cost: Free, proudly sponsored by the Mass Cultural Council.
