Description:
The Monterey Community Center, in partnership with the Council on Aging (COA), is hosting an introductory grief workshop led by Lara Bolger, Bereavement Coordinator at HospiceCare in the Berkshires.

This workshop is designed to help participants understand the grief process, learn what to expect, and discover coping strategies—especially useful as the holiday season approaches. Light refreshments will be served by the COA. This session is open to all ages.

This introductory session may also serve as the foundation for a future ongoing drop-in or support group, depending on community interest.
