Description:
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a profoundly restorative practice that guides you into a meditative state between waking and sleeping. This deeply calming technique has been shown to enhance sleep, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being.
This special session expands the practice with the healing elements of Reiki and Sound Healing, creating a multi-layered experience of deep rest, energetic balance, and vibrational renewal.
Led by Nancy Monk, this session is accessible to all—no prior experience necessary and no physical movement required. Just lie down in a comfortable position and follow the guided meditation.
Join us in person or relax at home by tuning in via Zoom.

All are welcome; space is available for both in-person and Zoom participants.
